Sting 517D: A Hard Core Affordable Gaming Laptop From WidowPC

This product can be heaven sent for all the gaming geeks. WidowPC’s have launched a new laptop Sting 517D Gaming Laptop.The configuration is such that gaming geeks will be dieing to get one.
The laptop has latest Intel Core 2 Duo Merom CPU and a NIVIDIA(R) GeForce (R) Go 7950GTX video card. The laptop flaunts a 512MB DDR3 memory and a 17-inch wide screen. The LCD gives 1920 x 1200 WUXGA SuperBrite resolution. Too good! can’t find the right words to describe this laptop.
Its not finished yet guys the laptop will have DVD-RAM technology and will also have 4 GB (yes its GB) DDR2 RAM. As for the hard disk it has 200GB SATA hard drive.
It also has features like Bluetooth, TV tuner, memory card slots and multimedia connections with high speed wireless connections.
To be frank I am out of breath writing all these features. The price of this customizable product starts from $2,195 with $400 worth of software thrown in free.
The price is about $100 less than Dells XPS products and the company will also give life time technical support for free.

Rock Presents "Pegasus". A New Laptop Series.



Rock, a UK manufacturer of laptops has presented a new series which they are marketing as a mobile entertainment center. The new series is called the Pegasus series and is much more portable then the earlier offerings of the company.
There are three series of Intel’s T5600/T7200/T7400 core Duo processors from which you can choose. The series will have maximum of 2GB DDR2 RAM and 160GB SATA drive, also thrown in will be an 8X dual-layer DVD burner. The laptops have a 13.3-inch of WXGA display with 1280 x 768 pixels.
It will also have built in 802.11a/b/g Wi-Fi with a 4-in-1 card reader.
Also comes in the package is USB DVB-T TV tuner with FireWire, gigabit Ethernet and three USB connector.
The products come with a three year warranty and will have starting range of £722.55 or $1,404 US dollars.

Some sorts of sanity must prevail in this world especially at the time of Christmas but who cares the PC MicroWorks co. has unveiled their latest out of ordinary super powerful notebook ‘Vega’. The notebook has just 600 GB HDD with a meager 4GB of DDR2 RAM with a RW Blu-ray HD burner supported by AMD’s advanced new dual core 64 bit Turion 64 X2 TL-60.
The notebook has many first in the business like it has Dual SLI nVIDIA 7950GTX X-TREME GPUs with 1024 MB of dedicated memory. The Blu-ray allows the user to see the BD movies at 1080p HD and also record them to 50 GB Blu-ray disks.

Apple's Core 2 Duo Macbooks


The Apple’s Core 2 Duo MacBooks are selling like rage, if the recent figures quoted by the Chinese newspaper are to be believed. It says the Taiwanese manufacturer Asustek Computer manufacturing partner of MacBooks has an order of 300,000 units this month.
Thus the overall production of Asustek will reach 700,000 units if we take into account the manufacturing of its own brand.
The paper further reports that the production dropped in the month of October because the Apple was busy upgrading its MacBooks to Intel processors.
This 300,000 shipment will see the Apple easily crossing the 1 million mark if we take into account the MacBook Pro systems also.

The Koubou Japan has presented there BTO cheap Lesance laptop.
The laptop is powered by Intel 2GHz T7200 Core 2 Duo processor. The RAM of this laptop is 512MB and has a GeForce Go 7950 GTX graphics card.
The screen is 17-inch and gives 1920 x 1200 resolution. The company also throws in a 1.3 megapixel webcam and it has 100 GB of SATA HDD with optional 120GB.
The most annoying feature is that the laptops battery support is only for 1 hour and 40 minutes.
The pricing starts from 2,140 euros.

DosPara Laptop


This latest notebook from Japan’s DosPara is clad in white.The Prime A Note Cressida NB has a 12-inch WXGA display with a AMD 1.6GHz dual core Processor.
The notebook has 512MB of RAM which can be upgraded to 2GB if you have more money to shell out. The HDD is 80 GB SATA and comes loaded with Windows XP home and the company provides a discounted upgrade to Vista when it will be launched.
With three hours of battery life it has Wi-Fi, Audio in/out, Ethernet, and three USB ports. The dimensions are 297×213x36mm and it weighs 1.85 Kg. The base model is priced at 800 Euros.
